STRESS LESS MESS TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE
The following Terms and Conditions of Trade is a legal contract between an Individual User / Client / Business and The Trustee for The Williamson Group Trust Fund T/A Stress Less Mess (herein out referred to as Stress Less Mess) regarding the use of this website and services.

Introduction
Please read these terms of use carefully. By accessing our site or using our services, you acknowledge that you understand, agree, and are bound by these terms. Acceptance of any quote or request for any works is an agreement to these terms.
Modification of Terms
At our discretion, Stress Less Mess may edit, add, or remove parts of this agreement. If we do make changes to these Terms of Use, we will make a reasonable effort to provide notice.
Prohibited Conduct
You are solely responsible for your conduct while on our site, and agree to abide by all laws, contracts, intellectual property and third-party rights.
Termination
Stress Less Mess reserves the right to terminate access to our site and block future use of our services if we deem these Terms of Use have been violated.

PAYMENTS and FEES

Payment Terms
Stress Less Mess requires payment of invoice with in 24 Hours of invoice date, failure to adhere to these terms will result in additional fees. Our Payment options include cash, direct deposit, credit card and afterpay. Stress Less Mess reserve the right to charge additional fees dependent on payment option. Fees are as follows Cash 0%, Direct Deposit 0%, Credit Card 3.5%, After Pay 3%

Deposits
Stress Less Mess reserve the right to request a deposit of 20% prior to the commencement of any services.

Cancellation Fee
We require cancellations to be communicated to us 48hrs (2 full working days) in advance to avoid charges. We have held your spot and turned down business so as not to interrupt your service. Cancelations communicated less than 48hrs (2 full working days) prior to appointment but more than 24 hours (1 full working day) will be charged $45.00. Cancelations communicated less than 24 hours (1 full working day) will be charged your full deposit equal to 50% of the quoted amount but not less than $45.00

Late Payment Fee
The Customer agrees that if Stress Less Mess has not received payment in full for the Service within 14 calender days from date of the original invoice then a late payment fee of $15 applies for every 14 calender days thereafter until full payment is received.

Locked Out/Turned Away Fee
If we arrive on our scheduled cleaning day and are turned away at the door or cannot get in, we will charge full deposit for your scheduled cleaning.

Legal Fees
If legal or professional consultation is required to receive the outstanding sums, then the Customer agrees to indemnify Stress Less Mess for the full costs involved in recovering the funds as of the breach of these terms in failing to pay Stress Less Mess by the due date specified.

Release of Liability
Should you decide you would like us to clean items of monetary or sentimental value (>$100) e.g., items within curio cabinets, etc., the following will apply: Client hereby releases Stress Less Mess from all liability arising out of cleaning these item(s). Client understands that he/she is completely responsible for repairing or replacing any damaged item(s) even if Stress Less Mess may have caused the need for repair or replacement
